Concerning medical treatment for travelers:
We are not a psychiatric clinic and cannot prescribe for depression, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric disorders.
In addition, we cannot give prescriptions for longer than 30 days to travelers.
Please understand that we cannot negotiate any price for medical treatment or drug costs.

We now administer flu shots. You may make an appointment.
We ask that any patients with a fever or cold symptoms call ahead, and that they wear masks when entering the clinic. Please understand that the examination room and waiting room may be different.
Free Wi-Fi: For your use and enjoyment, there is free Wi-Fi available in the waiting room.
We offer cost-effective care services right when you need them.
We can provide treatment for common illnesses as well as many types of acute health issues such as:
Other outpatient care services include influenza vaccinations.
We cannot advise on mental illnesses or emotional issues.
We do not offer emergency medical care.
Our clinic is not equipped to perform CT scans, MRIs, or related procedures. If any of these services are necessary, please go to a hospital.
If you bring an interpreter with you for your visit, please also bring an official document with their name, company, and credentials and show it to the front desk at sign-in.
We cannot examine or treat children under 16 years old.

• Exhaled nitric oxide concentration analyzer (diagnosis of asthma, cough asthma, eosinophilic inflammation, etc.)

• Rapid tests (COVID-19 influenza, mycoplasma, group A beta-hemolytic streptococci, rotavirus infection, etc.)
We accept major credit cards.
We accept Japanese health or social insurance.
If you don’t have Japanese government health or social insurance, we can provide appropriate medical statements and itemized receipts for persons with individual health insurance who intend to file for refunds from their insurers. Be sure to consult us about them.
Travelers & those without insurance: You must pay a cash payment of ￥5500 at your first visit. You may be charged for other services like testing or doctor's notes in addition to this fee.
